Installation requirements: ETJ mounting bolt M6, recommended torque 4N • m.

Normal operating conditions

a) When the fuse is installed separately in the natural air without ventilation, there are no other heating parts or heat dissipation parts within 1m except the connecting wire.

b) The fuse connection terminal shall ensure stable and reliable electrical contact. The contact resistance shall not significantly affect the operation of the fuse.

c) The fuse can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely. If the electric connection fuse depends on the spring pressure, the appropriate position should be selected during installation to avoid the adverse effects of gravity and vibration on the electric connection.

Ambient air temperature

Normal use conditions: - 5 ℃~40 ℃.

Allowable use conditions: - 40 ℃~85 ℃.

Parameter correction of ambient air temperature change: when operating under - 5 ℃, the pre-arc time of low times of overload current of fuse is slightly prolonged, and the rated current is slightly increased. However, unless the temperature above - 5 ℃ is not the working range, it is generally not considered to increase the rated current of the fuse. When the fuse operates above 40 ℃, the rated current needs additional correction, and the correction factor is - Kt.

Note 1: The value of Kt has taken into account the impact of the rated current safety margin of the fuse under normal working conditions.

Note 2: The ambient air temperature needs to last for more than 1 to 2 hours to have a significant impact.

Influence of ambient temperature on rated value

Storage temperature

Product storage temperature: - 40 ℃~120 ℃. The relative humidity shall not be greater than 70% at 40 ℃, 80% at 30 ℃, and 90% below 20 ℃.

Package storage temperature: - 40 ℃~70 ℃. The relative humidity is not more than 90%, and there is no condensation.
